Returns:
• Items can be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.
• To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.
• Proof of purchase (e.g., order number or receipt) is required for all returns.
How to Initiate a Return:
To start a return, please contact our customer support team at contact@yellowpawpaw.com. We’ll provide return instructions and a shipping label if applicable.
Refunds:
• Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund.
• If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.
Exchanges:
Need a different size, color, or item? We’re happy to help with exchanges—just reach out to our support team to get started.
Non-Returnable Items:
Certain items may be final sale or non-returnable due to hygiene or safety reasons. These will be clearly marked at the time of purchase.
Return Shipping Costs:
• If the return is due to our error (e.g., incorrect or defective item), we’ll cover the return shipping cost.
• For all other returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping.
